Jim Scott: Former USMC Major & VA State Trooper who attempted to reopen the JFK Assassination Case
I presently serve as the Director of Safety for a Helicopter Company. I supervise aviation safety management system programs for a broad spectrum of helicopter borne powerline construction services.
I have twelve years of experience in corporate safety management building high voltage powerlines and substations. I have three years of experience in corporate safety management building the TransCanada Keystone Crude Oil Pipeline from the Canadian border to Stillwater, Oklahoma. I served eight years as a State Trooper and was assigned to security details for the President with the U.S. Secret Service on three occasions. I served twelve years on active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps (1980-1992) as a CH-46E Sea Knight Helicopter Pilot and Battalion Air Officer. I have 2200 accident-free flight hours as a helicopter pilot. I deployed to northern Iraq in 1991 for Operation Provide Comfort, to the Persian Gulf in 1987 for Operations Prime Chance and Earnest Will, and to Honduras near the Nicaraguan border in 1984 in support of the CIA’s Contras. I was awarded four Air Medals as a Helicopter Aircraft Commander for successful operations inside northern Iraq in 1991 helping to save the Kurdish people who had been attacked with poison gas by Saddam Hussein.
My formal education includes The Citadel, U.S. Naval Aviation Flight School, U.S. Naval Strike Warfare University, USMC Amphibious Warfare School, U.S. Naval Postgraduate School, Georgia Institute of Technology, and the Virginia State Police Academy. I have over 20 years of experience in corporate safety, and eight years of dynamic law enforcement public safety experience. After discovering James Files in prison, I attempted to reopen the JFK Assassination case while I was a State Trooper. I was told it was a closed Federal case and to drop it, or I would likely be fired if I pushed the issue. I strongly believed it would be an honorable achievement to unveil and reveal the truth about the assassination of President Kennedy. The truth is this…James Files, working simultaneously as a Mercenary for the CIA and as a Mafia Hitman, was the man who assassinated President John F. Kennedy by firing the fatal shot seen in the Zapruder Film using a Remington XP-100 bolt action pistol chambered in .221 Remington Fireball from the grassy knoll in Dealey Plaza. I finally met James Files, a 28-year veteran of CIA Extrajudicial Black Operations, in 2022 after James survived 25 years of prison. I immediately realized that God’s timing was better than mine, and that it is the right time NOW to push the issue. Alas, the Central Intelligence Agency, employing two shooters from the Mafia, assassinated President John Fitzgerald Kennedy on 22 November 1963. That’s the truth!
